DNJ® Engine Master Rebuild Kits offer a comprehensive solution for restoring engine performance, compression, and reliability. Each master kit includes application-specific components such as pistons, piston rings, main bearings, rod bearings, a full gasket set, oil pump, timing belt or timing chain kit, and depending on the application lifters, freeze plugs, cam bearings, thrust washers, timing cover, and piston pin bushings. These kits provide everything required to perform a complete engine overhaul and more. All components are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM quality standards, ensuring dependable operation and precise fitment for long-term engine life.
DNJ® Engine Master Rebuild Kits are made from premium materials, each tailored to its specific function. Pistons are made from cast aluminum. Piston rings are made from cast iron or steel, with moly or chrome facing. Bearings are constructed from tri-metal or bi-metal alloys. Gaskets are composed of multi-layer steel (MLS), graphite, or composite materials depending on the application. Freeze plugs are made from steel, brass, or stainless steel, and other materials. These carefully selected materials ensure long-lasting performance and reliable engine sealing throughout the life of the rebuild.

All DNJ Parts carry a limited 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty whichever occurs first.
Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of a defective product only.
Any alleged defective products must be returned to DNJ Engine Components, Inc, for inspection for the warranty to be approved. Contact us for a RA, Return Authorization Number.
DNJ Engine Components, Inc will not be responsible for any labor, towing, fluids, freon, filters, lodging, car, or truck rental. DNJ Engine Components, Inc. warranty implies that any claim regarding a part is subject to only the replacement of the alleged defective part.
